100% Iberian Acorn-fed Whole Loin Cinco Jotas Traditional Recipe

The 100% Iberian Bellota Loin Caña is a sausage made completely by hand in Jabugo from a whole piece corresponding to the lumbar muscle mass. It is characterized by having a powerful and fragrant aroma, a faint garnet and ash color with a very defined shine, and a soft paprika flavor with hints of smoke. Approximate weight 1.2 kg.

CONSERVATION



Each whole piece of cane loin is obtained from a part that is located in the lumbar muscle mass. Its traditional and classic preparation makes it an exceptional product that must be preserved in optimal conditions until tasting. For proper preservation for 12 months, it has been carefully vacuum packed and it is recommended to avoid heat, humidity and direct light. In this way, the Cinco Jotas Iberian loin will be exceptionally tasty at the time of tasting.

Unmatched aroma and flavor



The traditional Cinco Jotas pork loin recipe is a delicacy from traditional Spanish recipes, with its sweet aroma derived from paprika, and the intensity that originates thanks to the natural curing process. For the correct tasting of the Iberian loin, we recommend airing it before tasting and tasting it at a temperature of between 20 and 25 degrees.
